Call for Consultancy Services: Development of a Methodology for Drought Management Plans in Ukraine

The Michael Succow Foundation is inviting proposals for consultancy services to develop a national methodology for Drought Management Plans for the river basins of Ukraine. The methodology will be piloted for the first time in the Lower Danube sub-basin in Odesa Oblast.

The call is part of the PAABS project “Supporting Ukraine in the implementation of the Paris Agreement and Adaptation to the impact of climate change in the Black Sea region.”

The Michael Succow Foundation is looking for consulting companies, research institutions, NGOs, as well as teams or consortia of experts with the relevant expertise to develop the methodology and pilot plan. Particularly relevant are experience with the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD), drought and water management, as well as, ideally, knowledge of the CEE region and the Black Sea region.
