Cooking for nature conservation

We have to be very flexible in order to deliver our message about nature conservation. And it tasted good in the end.

Rustam Murzakhanov, Project Manager at the Succow Foundation, told on cooking show for Uzbek TV about the international work of the Michael Succow Foundation, about the importance of the cold winter deserts in Central Asia, their endangerment and at the same time how we can protect them and use them sustainably.
