CrossCulture Programme (ifa)

International exchange on site

The Michael Succow Foundation occasionally hosts fellows of the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa) as part of the CrossCulture Programme.

The programme promotes international exchange and supports the development of long-term networks between civil society organizations.

Fellows from various countries have the opportunity to work in Germany for a limited period of time and gain practical insights, like in our case into a nature conservation organization.

The focus of the programme is:

  • Strenghtening civil society
  • Networking civil society, and
  • Intensifying cooperation
